* The Young Scientist rate will offer a discount on the short courses and Dinner. Date of completion of the thesis less than 4 years

The registration fees for students, Normal, Young and LMIC includes :
- A nominative badge
- Access to the conference rooms, exhibition and poster area
- Coffee breaks and welcome reception on the exhibition

- Coffee breaks and welcome reception on the exhibition
The registration fee for an accompanying person includes :
- A nominative badge
- Access to the welcome reception and welcome plenary session only
Important Notice – Congress Attendance Policy
For safety reasons, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend our congress. This restriction also applies to all evening events associated with the congress.

Solidarity rate
IMSC 2026 is committed to inclusive participation. To support colleagues facing financial constraints, we offer a limited number of solidarity-based registrations at €250. All requests will be evaluated individually and confidentially on a case-by-case basis.
How to apply?
Send a brief application (maximum one page, explanation can be written directly in the email) to:

If you are unable to secure the reduced €250 fee, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to explore an individual solution with you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee support in all cases.
Participants empowering participants:
During regular registration, all participants will have the option to voluntarily contribute to the solidarity fund. The more funds raised, the more reduced registrations we will be able to provide.
If you would like a separate invoice to be issued for your contribution, once you have completed your main registration, return to your registrant profile and add the services.
Congress format
This will be an in person only Congress. It will not be possible to attend or participate remotely in virtual form.
