By plane

Lyon city centre is less than 30 minutes from Lyon-Saint Exupéry International Airport, via the Rhonexpress.

By taxi

1,400 taxis are at your service to drive you to the Lyon Convention Centre.

There are 2 designated taxi areas in front of the Lyon Convention Centre.

  • Area 1: At the main entrance, next to the Bear statue
  • Area 2: In front of the Amphitheatre

If you want to get to the Convention Centre by bike, five Vélo'v (self-service) bike stations are at your disposal at the Cité Internationale, including one in front of the main entrance and one next to L'Amphithéâtre 3000.

 

By river shuttle

You can hire boats to shuttle guests/participants between the Convention Centre, the city centre and La Sucrière.
 

There is a landing pier in front of the Lyon Convention Centre for mooring all types of boats. 

  • Cité internationale to Quai Gailleton (Hotels - Place Bellecour): 15 minutes
  • Cité internationale to Pont Novotel Gerland (Hotels): 30 minutes 
  • Cité internationale to La Sucrière: 45 minutes
