Our csr approach to the imsc 2026 congress:
CSR commitment of the commissioned agency: mci group France
MCI Group France has always been committed to social, societal and environmental responsibility. MCI Group France has demonstrated its commitment by obtaining ISO 20121 certification in 2022. As part of this commitment, the Group applies a responsible purchasing policy, selecting suppliers according to demanding sustainability criteria.
For the congress, here are the actions implemented with our partners:
- Reducing the carbon footprint: implementing optimized logistics solutions, limiting waste and using digital technologies to replace physical media.
- Collaboration with local and responsible partners: selection of suppliers and service providers committed to ethical and environmentally-friendly practices.
- Inclusion and diversity: commitment to a fair and respectful working environment, with concrete actions to promote diversity and equal opportunities.
- Awareness and innovation: mobilizing teams, customers and partners around initiatives that promote ecological and societal transition.
As an ISO 20121-certified agency, MCI Group France affirms its role as a leader in the field of social responsibility, actively contributing to a more sustainable and responsible future.
Committed providers:
We choose committed partners who share our values. They also take daily action to limit their environmental impact.
D&P:
Since its creation in 1997, Groupe D&P has placed social responsibility at the heart of its project. It is actively committed to disability and local economic development. Since 2015, the group has accelerated its transition to more sustainable environmental practices by adapting its design, production and field implementation model.
To further formalize its CSR commitments and actions, Groupe D&P has embarked on an ISO 20121 certification process, aiming to achieve certification by 2024. This initiative testifies to the Group's commitment to more responsible development, by strengthening consideration of social and environmental criteria in its operations and processes.
To minimize environmental impacts and promote more responsible services, the Group has adopted a set of solutions tailored to each major stage in the product life cycle.
The D&P Group is convinced that these solutions represent a significant first step in the proactive management of its impacts. They embody its commitment to more sustainable events, and are destined to evolve and develop over the coming months and years.
Imprimerie ICA:
ICA is the service provider we use for poster and flyer printing. Concerned about its environmental impact, it is PEFC and FSC certified, guaranteeing traceability of the paper used and commitment to sustainable forest management. In total, 99.9% of documents printed by ICA are produced on PEFC or FSC certified paper.
In addition, the company has been awarded the “PRINT ETHIC - Level 1” CSR label. This is a responsible development approach, with the aim of creating long-term value for employees, stakeholders and the environment in which they operate.
Also awarded the “Imprim'vert” label, the latter was based on three simple criteria: good waste management, safe storage of liquid products and non-use of toxic products.
Our other actions :
- In order to limit our ecological impact, we offer the final program on our website, and we don't print it.
- In the same vein, we send out a questionnaire to our partners before the event to find out their needs in terms of posters and flyers. This limits the amount of flyer and poster printing required.
