- Is there a limit to the number of authors?
Yes, you can include up to 12 authors maximum on a single abstract.
- Is there a limit for presenting authors?
Yes, an individual can be the presenting author for up to two abstracts. However, please note that each abstract can have only one presenting author.
- Is there a mandatory or preferred language for abstract submission?
Yes, all abstracts must be submitted exclusively in English.
- Should the application platform for abstracts be used to submit a corporate-sponsored symposia?
No, for all corporate-sponsored symposia, please contact:

No, only submissions made through the online platform will be considered by the IMSC 2026 Program Committee.
- Are there opportunities for sponsorship or financial support for abstract presenting authors?
No, there is no financial support provided by IMSC 2026 for abstract presenting authors.

No, there is no fee for submitting an abstract. As a reminder, registrations for abstract speakers are not covered by the IMSC 2026 Conference. Notification of selection will be sent to the submitter in April 2026.
- Can I make changes to my abstract(s) after submission?

No, there is no prescribed template for submitting an abstract. However, there are some guidelines you need to follow while submitting your abstract. You can find the complete set of submission guidelines here.
- Can I submit an abstract that is already submitted to another Conference/international event?
If the abstract was only submitted and not accepted at the time of the Conference, the abstract can be accepted.
If the abstract has been already accepted to another Conference, we cannot accept your abstract.
- Is it possible for a speaker to present online for the abstracts?
No, it’s not possible to present online for presenting authors if selected.
